Erb's Palsy
Erb's Palsy often results from traumatic birth. It is an injury to nerves in the arm, resulting in paralysis or significant weakness. If a physician improperly delivers an infant in a way that causes such an injury to these nerves, the physician may be held liable for the resultant Erb's Palsy.
