Failure to Treat
"Failure to treat" is not quite the same act of malpractice as "failure to diagnose." Failure to treat is an act of negligence that has occurred after a patient-doctor relationship has been established, a diagnosis may or may not have been made, and nothing proper was done about the injury or disease.
