We are very selective when choosing a case. Because we expend a sizable amount of time, energy, and money on each case, we choose cases we believe have a strong chance of winning at trial. We do not believe in accepting a case with the expectation that it will be settled. Therefore, most of our cases are limited to cases in which medical negligence has caused serious injury or death.
