Misdiagnosis
If a physician tells you that you have one ailment or cause of injury, and you have another, that physician may be liable for medical negligence. If the physician's misdiagnosis causes further injury, or leads to a failure to rehabilitate the original injury when a proper diagnosis would have, the patient has been wronged, and may be entitled to compensation.
