MRSA and Staph Infection
MRSA (also known as ORSA) and staph infection are rampant in hospitals, and hospitals and doctors may be held liable for a patient's contracting of the infection. Furthermore, a doctor or hospital may not have followed guidelines established by a given institution, nor took appropriate measures to ensure the safety of the patient. This is unacceptable, and can have grave consequences.
